Also, my Portfolio landing page is under construction. I eventually want to create a PHP function that calls images from the websites I developed in Image form with a caption; from my database. I am currently looking into research that.
There isn’t that many Codeigniter/Wordpress functionality examples available on the web. I am currently looking to bring the last 5 postings from this blog over to my homepage. I can do this easily with regular PHP, but not with Codeigniter without integrating a very nasty, cobbled together hybrid of WordPress and Codeigniter. I am trying to stay away from it, but the examples shown on the web aren’t the best tutorials.
